Frequently Asked Questions

We Have The Answers For Your Most Common Questions

What types of physical therapy services do you offer?

We offer a range of services including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports therapy, injury rehabilitation, workers’ compensation recovery, and treatment for foot and ankle pain such as plantar fasciitis.

For your first appointment, please bring the following:

  • Your insurance card
  • A valid photo ID
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
  • Any relevant medical records or imaging reports (if available)

In many cases, you can see a physical therapist without a referral. However, some insurance plans may require a doctor’s referral for coverage. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm their specific requirements.

Each physical therapy session typically lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your treatment plan and individual needs. Your therapist will work with you to ensure you receive the appropriate care during each visit.

Results vary based on your condition and your commitment to the prescribed exercises and treatment plan. Some patients may begin to notice improvements within a few sessions, while others may require more time to achieve optimal results. Your therapist will assess your progress and adjust your treatment as needed.
